GRG is mostly mystery shopping, however, it also incorporates some Mystery Telephone Calls & assesses some websites.
Within a few days of signing up, I was given work. Within 2 weeks I had completed 2 assignments. Not bad at all. You receive emails notifying you of jobs in your area, which is very handy as you are kept updated.
Payment for a mystery shopping was excellent at a tenner -? £10.00 plus I also had a quid to cover a purchase from the client. Payment is made by BACS which happens twice a month on the 1st and 15th of the month, so you never have to wait more than 4 weeks to be paid. It is nice to be paid so soon.
The assignment was in 3 parts. It consisted of a telephone call, a quick shop and obviously filling out a questionaire. Really easy going.
Their clients include? a major? DIY store, major phone companies and even major banks!
Overall, a recommended research group.
They only pay £8 now for some assignments..is it worth it? beggars can’t be choosers I suppose!!

I regularly get assignments with a particular store and I get paid £10 per visit plus £1 to buy something. Even if the purchase is under a pound, I still get the full pound!
Personally, it is a store I regularly visit so to me it is 2 fold!
I get paid to shop for what I want and I ensure the best service around.
In my eyes its a win win situation.
Besides which, even if they paid just £8.00, isn’t that more than an hour minimum wage? Most jobs last minutes not hours!
